We will be at the Kzoo Foods Winter Market on November 26, December 10,and January 7 (2012).

We should have salad mix, spinach, kale, swiss chard, beets, turnips, carrots,  japanese spinach, and collards. Produce will be coming mostly from our field greenhouses (photoed below) and grown without any supplemental heat!

The market is located at the corner of Crosstown and Burdick in Kalamazoo.

Field High Tunnel (35 ft x 96 ft) above with (L-R) spinach, asian greens (for salad mix), baby lettuce greens, spinach, baby lettuce greens, beets, swiss chard, kale, hakurei salad turnips. To be harvested in November, December and January.
